Indications: Moderate to severe maxilla retrognathic skeletal base, moderate to severe prognathic mandible skeletal base, Class III dental malocclusion
Contraindications: Risks of obstructive sleep apnea, acquired surgical risk factors, mild-moderate Class III occlusion without any facial disharmony
